Jenn – attached is our review of the revised TCP and revised schedule. Before I send this back to the Contractor, we wanted to see if you have any comments on either. They are showing a schedule savings of 2 weeks due to the revised section in the parking lanes, which allows them to get the paving done prior to the 9/30 deadline.

Note that they show a new line ID #68 to “Relocate Exist H2O Service, As Directed” during the cement treating on the east side of Molalla Ave. They have not provided any depth info for the existing services, so it is not clear that there is an issue. If there are conflicts, I view this as a means and methods that is up to the Contractor. At any rate, it is something we should discuss.
