Thank you for the update. I am familiar with Rotschy from my WSDOT days and can say they are a good reputable company. However, they will still need to acquire a Molalla business license since the total amount of the project exceeds $2500 annually. The application is online and can be mailed to the City with a check for the $70 annual fee.
I also have attached the permit just in case.

I wanted to update you on the Right of Way App for our sewer line project. On my initial ROW application, I listed Eagle Elsner. as the contractor. We just decided today that we will use Rotschy Inc., to do the Hydrant line and the Sewer lateral projects. With that said, I wanted to update you on the Contractor information:

At this point I have forward to Mark Erickson and Michael McBride an email with the current approved ROW Application and the Traffic Plan. To my knowledge they will use the same plan unless otherwise arranged with you by them.
They will obtain the Right of Way permit and Traffic Plan for the Fire Line Extension project.
Will Rotschy be required to obtain a Molalla Business License?
