Will something like this work?
The only updated costs are on the PE phase of Heintz Street.
We will have a 30% estimate next week and I can fill in that number then.
I plan to highlight changes in yellow.
I have aged costs by quarter. Will this work?
My assumptions are:
· That design work on Molalla Ave is completed by the first of the year.
· Molalla Ave is completely constructed next year.
· The remainder of design is completed over next winter/spring for a 2017 construction season.
By the way
MSA will be doing the heavy lifting on Molalla Ave with HDJ support. I just received their scope and budget and will have design numbers soon.
HDJ will complete the remainder of the design work.

Do you know when you may have an updated preliminary estimate? If you have the ability to age the estimate over the next 3 years. That would be helpful for budgeting.
