Hi Cecily,
Just to provide some history. The property also has a portion of the Creamery Creek ditch that runs through their property. From a public works stand point we have some concerns that the ditch may be so overgrown debris has begun to back up. We would like to see the vegetation removed along the banks of the creak as well as the remaining overgrowth on the rest of the property.
Please let me know if there are any questions.

Hi Cecily,
I appreciate you following up.
Overgrown vegetation, debris/junk in the yard and decommissioned vehicles stored on the property are the city’s main concerns.
Please let me know when I can be of further help.

Subject: Update on 141 Fenton
Hi Nicolas,
I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that we've been in contact with the Ver Dufts at 141 Fenton. They are now willing to accept some help with their property and we are now seeking resources.
I went out today to view the property and it looks as though there are many concerns with the property. Can you tell me what the top priorities need to be from the City's standpoint? We'll try to find resources for these first.
Thanks for the clarification. Hoping to find a solution for them.
Kindly,
Cecily Rose
