Hi, Jenn. I also concur, and have a couple other thoughts:

1. I would encourage everyone on the site to check the TTC signage regularly to ensure that all signs and barricades are in the correct locations and haven’t tipped over, been pushed out of place, etc. I do this once a week and especially in the area where they are working, but this is essentially the Contractors responsibility and a good point to bring up in our meeting.

2. If Ross and Robbins Streets are still open to traffic from the east, and some drivers are turning the wrong way at these locations it wouldn’t hurt to beef up the signage at these locations as well, and also make sure that Type 3 barricades are in place here as they are at Main Street. I requested to have the one way signs added a the intersections that remain open and at the multi-complex where Subway lives. I believe the signs were added last week.

Thanks,

Jenn – I concur that a second Do Not Enter sign on Molalla Ave at Main Street could help with this.

Subject: TTC - Do Not Enter signs

Hi All,

We’ve been have an issue with cars entering the wrong way onto N. Molalla. The police are saying the folks don’t see the Do Not Enter sign on the corner. I think it wouldn’t hurt to add a second Do Not Enter sign below the Road Closed & Detour sign in the NB lane at the Main St intersection.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
