Hi Dan,

Have you submitted a work in right of way permit? I don't recall receiving one. This will be needed in addition to the traffic control plan. We will also need a copy of your COL insurance up to $10,000.00 to cover the work.

I am out of the office today, but will ask Nicolas to send you a copy of the permit.
