Hi Jimmy,
Please note that the examples of single family homes is based on their usage of water, which are slightly on the higher side than average.
There are opportunities to reduce daily usage and save $$ on your bill by making simple efforts to conserve water. Such as making the following recommendations included in the flyers below published by the Regional Water Providers Consortium.

Dan,
I don't have a flash drive with me today. Can you have this available on a laptop to be used with a projector on the screen in the back corner of the room?
Also, Jennifer, if you could review I would appreciate it. I used the figures from the hand out, but you may want to fact check the rest or make sure it is at least consistent with any other information you've provided to other sources. I did not cull out a figure for inflation, but figured I could talk about the overall increases to costs over the years since the last rate increases. I'm open to comments and/or suggestions.
Jimmy

Jimmy – I have been thinking (I know bad idea) that it may be more beneficial to have you give the general presentation regarding rates tonight. Myself, Jennifer Cline or Gerald Fisher (Engineer) will provide technical support but it may have more impact if an elected official/non-Staff person talk to those present about what needs to be done. Basically, a Town Hall is for the public to hear from their elected officials and I think this may be a good opportunity – we (staff) can hang in the back until called upon. We will have copies of the Engineering report, flier, commentary and the comparison for people when they come in.
What do you think?
