Take the easement to the District, I will, get them to sign it and then tell Mr. Encroachment to get off. The 15 ft easement was included on the as builts for the line but chances are it was never recorded. I can go to the County at some point soon but would expect that we’ll have to backtrack to obtain the easement. That’s the issue, no longer a private matter. Dan – When you have a chance, can you verify if the county has a recorded easement for the Toliver by-pass. Fenced off MRSD property. 2. Storing/parking vehicles on MRSD property. 3. No easement for our public sewer line. 4. 15’ access for 2-lot partition, 7.5 from centerline. 5. No road improvements on Hezzie. Probably missing something. Nicolas Lennartz | Community Planner | City of Molalla O: 503∙759∙0219 | C: 503∙998∙7048 communityplanner at cityofmolalla.com 117 N.
