If we do not have an easement then we need to pursue the same process as with Avison off of 5th (Ivor Davies). Take the easement to the District, I will, get them to sign it and then tell Mr. Encroachment to get off.

There’s not an easement on either of the (attached) plats off of Hezzie that were submitted after the sewer line was installed.
The 15 ft easement was included on the as builts for the line but chances are it was never recorded. I can go to the County at some point soon but would expect that we’ll have to backtrack to obtain the easement.
