He’s been here since September which is why I was perplexed as to why we are setting on up know. Thinking we missed him somehow. If he has one, I am going to assume that it might be training on how to access it. I have included Jennifer Cline, his supervisor in this email exchange so she can trouble shoot what it is he needs in order for you know move forward or close the ticket.

It appears that sshepard is already in the system? Had he been an employee before and maybe never got disabled? Or does he maybe just not know how to access e-mail and need some training?
