Thank you for sending the guys over to check our roof! I really appreciate it!
I have a call into the manufacturer of the roof which was put on in 2010. Supposedly, they will call the company who put the roof on and they will dispatch someone to take a look. It has a 20 year warranty.
Hopefully, they will be able to resolve the issue and it won't involve the skylights...
