Court is going to have one criminal night per month starting in March and will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. So you should be free and clear to use the room, I would make sure you put your meeting dates on the scheduling calendar asap so no one else calls dibs.

Hi Jennifer,

I checked the calendar for the conference room. The 4th Thursday of the month is already booked from 6-9 for the next three months. Depending on how large your group is, you may be able to meet in the back of the library by the restrooms. Some of the smaller groups do that, but there are usually no more than seven people in those groups. I didn't realize this morning the room had already been booked. Michelle is the one who does it (michellems@lincc.lib.or.us).

If there is any thing I can do to help with this, please let me know.
