I thought I was improving but stomach flulike problems now increasing - preventing me from driving this afternoon/evening.
Nothing new to report on the ACT except the vote is out on the PED & Bicycle Enhance projects and results from the vote for the 150% list will be released next Monday. There were $41 million in project requests from all 4 counties (Washington - 2, Clackamas - 9 , Multnomah -5 & Hood River - 4). There is only 16 million available in the first cut with the final dollar amount around $11 million. Clackamas County (including Molalla) had the most requests at 9 - totally over $15 million. The Molalla Hwy 213 project - I'm sure scored high on safety, but it is competing with the other 21 project requests in the region with many similar safety concerns.
Here is the strict voting criteria used to score each project:
CONNECTIVY AND SYSTEM BENEFITS
SAFETY AND PUBLIC HEALTH
ACCESS AND MOBILITY
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
SOCIAL BENEFITS
ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP
SAFETY
PROJECT READINESS
LEVERAGE
It looks like the cut on projects could be around 6 or 7 out of 21 project request depending on dollar amount.

Bill (Ferris) just called. He has been dispatched to Eugene and is still an hour away from his destination which will put him there about 4:00. He will drop his load and head back to Molalla. He thinks he can make it to the meeting, but might be a few minutes late.

I received a cancellation tonight due to an illness. Which means we have 3 out of the 4 required for a quorum. Unless I hear from another committee member to confirm they will be in attendance, I will need to cancel the meeting.
