Jennifer:

Jennifer I would please ask that you put back on the agenda the discussions on the ODOT ACT formation for Molalla, the County and Region 1. This is timely and important since the ACT Task force met for ODOT Region 1 this afternoon with positive discussions. While the Task Force commission has narrowed the ACT choices to 2, Molalla will still need to decide on 1of 2 proposed ACT's by next month (which is before the TAC committee is planning to meet again in October).

I can spend 10 minutes or so updating the group, and then discuss the next steps needed by Molalla's TAC to make an appropriate recommendation.
