I have them all saved on our public works drive electronically. We did not have a meeting called to order last month so I have no minutes to report for August.

Good Morning Jen,
Just a reminder to make sure you are printing out your complete agendas and minutes to keep in a binder for public record should there be a request. It’s a secondary precaution in case something doesn’t get sent to me for record keeping. It’s easier for the staff liaison overseeing the committee to print and track the meeting they hold.

Attached is the modified agenda from last month. We briefly discussed the ODOT Act Options and what they meant. I will remove the New Business Item No. 5 from the last Agenda since the recommendation to ODOT time has come and gone. I’ve also included the Transportation System Plan for your reference.
