Subject: TAC - 211 jurisdiction

Jennifer – Council talked last night about all of this 211/ODOT coordination and the mayor asked Council if they supported taking over jurisdiction of 211 if ODOT fully improved the Highway. They all supported it but wanted the TAC to look at it also (suggested by Griswold). They want to send a letter of support to ODOT with the requirement that they bring the base, asphalt and sidewalks up to a 20 year ODOT standard.
