In that case, the maximum allowable driveway width is 24’. We were confused because the numbers provided 20x20’ didn’t match the written dimensions on the back (which showed a 28’ dw access).
The amended curb cut numbers ( specifically the 34 feet) is 20 foot access with 7 foot flares on each side. The driveway numbers just focus on the access and not the driveway in its entirety.
Also, our public works director noted to me that this proposed driveway configuration, which you told me was typical of the surrounding development, is only used on one adjacent home while the majority in the vicinity use a different design. With any future access permits in Finneys we will be using type M design as shown in the attachment, just FYI.
Thanks,
Nicolas Lennartz

Hi Scott,
Attached is the sidewalk and driveway access permit. Jennifer added the ADA standard slope requirements and we amended the proposal a bit.
I guess one question I should’ve asked before was how many cars does the garage hold? The maximum width of the access changes depending on the garage capacity.
