Hi Phil,

Paragraph 2. Industrial systems does not know or stating why the transfer pumps turned off. They are not saying it is a software failure in their programming, but rather its a hardware comm failure.

Paragraph 3. Personnel directed IS to install an alarm for all transfer pump shut-offs, manual or failure. Currently there are alarms for levels in the well. I would ask the guys for specifics on those alarms.
