Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this morning regarding the installation of an ADA ramp at the corner of Hwy 211/161 and Stowers Road in Molalla.

Attached is the ODOT Permit Application submitted to me by Superior Foundation. It is my understanding that they have already constructed the ramp without permit. Please review and sign the attached permit application under the "Local Government Official Signature" per our conversation this morning and return a PDF to me with your signature.

I appreciate you also sending me any information/documentation referencing that this ramp is up to State ADA compliance standards.
