MTC contacted me and said that you also need to fill out this order form. Once they receive that, you should receive your welcome email within two days. The cost of the subscription is $1500 per year.

We have completed the segmentation and inspections for the City of Molalla. I'll need you to fill out the order form and register for Streetsaver online before I can proceed with the PCI calculations.
Here's a link to the order form. Email it to stan@ca.gov. The cost is $1500 for the subscription. All the other items on the order form are not required.
You'll also need to register on the streetsaveronline.com site. Click on the blue "Sign Up" button.
Please send me the login information you receive from MTC and I'll get going on populating the database and calculating the PCIs.
