Hi Meghan,
We currently do not have a regular sweeping schedule, but this is something we have identified to work on over then next few months. Dennis and Adam are the only two trained to operate the sweeper and they sweep at least one to two times a week when available. Dennis is working with Darren to train him on the sweeper and I suspect Jake (when he comes to the crew) can begin training as well.
I will pass the message along to Dennis to have someone sweep Kennel either Friday or Monday morning. The crew is also always willing to sweep as requested as soon as they are available.

Subject: Street sweep requested on Kennel Ave
Had a citizen come in today saying Kennel avenue hadn’t been swept in months and was wondering why or what the schedule was for that area. Says it needed to be swept. I told him it was likely due to short staffing.
His name is Tante Aguinaldo, phone 503-730-0079. I said if you can’t get out there in the next week or two or if there was a specific reason that area was not being swept, that we would call and let him know. Otherwise I said the reason was due to being busy and short-handed and that we’d get out there as soon as we can.
