Jennifer,

Here are the Street Funding Report (2007) and the Gas Tax Report (2011) from the League of Oregon Cities. Starting near the end of page 8 on the Street Funding Report, it begins the recap and the case studies on 7 different cities I think.

The Gas Tax Report is great through and through, looking at the benefits and challenges of implementing a fee/tax. These are the best sources I am aware of for information other than perhaps reaching out to jurisdictions that have or are considering a fee/tax presently.

 

Dan and Debbie, I have copied you both just for your reference if you haven't seen this yet. I know Estacada just also did not pas a $.03/gallon gas tax in the last election as well.

 

I have some other information as well from research I did while preparing a recent RFP, but I need to locate it
