Hi Dave,
I would check with DSL to see if they have an in water work restriction below the OHW for that creek. However, I don’t believe there is because it is not fish bearing.
The other concern is wetland impacts if you are doing more than trimming for example, soil disturbance. Temporary impacts or maintenance impacts are less of a headache to deal with. There are identified wetlands and buffers at that location. If you believe there is going to be soil disturbance I would contact DSL.
Hope this information is helpful.

Subject: stream clean up question
Good Morning Jennifer,
last night I met with the Big Meadow Treasurer at the Big Meadow Park. The HOA would like to have me bid on clean up of the stream that flows east to west along the property line of the park. If I recall there may be some restrictions to what we can do in a waterway as far as clean up goes.
Do you know of any restrictions or issues we may need to be aware of prior to me bidding this? I believe this stream is seasonal but honestly not sure. We just want to make sure we have all our ducks in a row prior to submitting the bid back to the HOA for review.
Ive, CC'd Dawn Hickson in this email as she is my new contact person and the one I spoke with about the bid request last night.
Any info would be great!
Thank you!
Dave Kelly
