Hi Rex,

You are correct. I do not intend to disregard your messages and yes my time is very limited.

However, I did have a chance this morning to discuss the grade differences in the field with the contractor. The grade differences between the curb and yard can easily be regarded within 3-5 feet without significant impacts to any landscaping or trees. These trees are at least 10 feet or more from the edge of curb. In addition, the yard can be reseeded for grass if you would like, just let me know.

Regarding the driveway approaches, we are in the process of developing a plan to minimize the impacts to the driveways and provide a manageable maximum grade that any vehicle can traverse. If there is a need to make any modifications off the current Right-of-way, the contractor or City will contact yourself and other home owners affected.

Regards,

Jennifer Cline, P.E.

Subject: Stowers Street Project

Jennifer Cline

I am hoping you do not intend to disregard my questions of this morning. I am quite concerned and do not wish to have my property damaged any more than what it has been so far. I am looking for something from you to tell me what your plans are to correct the elevation problem at the curb in front of not only my property at 506 Stowers but all of the properties on both sides of Stowers to half way between 5th and 6th street. I would like to hear back from you today.

Thank You for your time.
