Jenn,
During the design I thought we discussed a 7 foot sidewalk in that stretch so we can slope the back of the sidewalk to the existing curb, but the plans show 8 foot. Can we narrow it to 7 foot, otherwise we may have to construct a curb at the back of the sidewalk to retain it.
Where we have a constraint we must have 4 foot clear path as per PROWAG requirements.
Please let me know your thoughts?
Thanks,

Hi Hassan,
When you get a chance can you look at the where the new sidewalk on Grange from Hwy 211 to about station 5+00 is to be installed.
We are going to install an 8’ concrete sidewalk at 2% cross slope from top of curb, what are we to do from the edge of sidewalk down to the existing asphalt in the parking lot?
Thanks
Curtis
