Jennifer,

Attached are the invoices for the overlay at Stowers and 8^th.

The manhole at the entrance into the project on the East side of Stowers and South side of 8^th is a phone vault and is not a normal manhole riser. With that being said you will need to get ahold of them and have them adjust it to grade and patch around it.

Please provide a copy of the invoices for Smelser and Flores to them.
