Hi - We have to pay the full amount. Change Orders are not necessary if a bid item exists and the City accepts the work.
However, there are SDC’s available to use. I gave you a print out for Stowers, Grange and Heintz, and there is an additional $25K per year that can be used for sidewalks only (if that was not already applied).
