I have a quick question about the proposal: what is the floor area, or footprint of the new structure and what is roughly the current footprint of the existing structures combined? This will help me determine what type of review process to use.
As far as storm-water requirements, I defer that question to the Public Works Director, Jennifer Cline, She is cc’d. you may need some type of detention on-site depending on several factors.
