There was water at that location, but there was water absolutely everywhere that night for a very short time. That location is not really known as a trouble spot. The high water call out was for the center of town at N. & S. Molalla.

Sadie,
I need to bother you about one more thing… The basement here at my office flooded Thursday night. I wasn’t here but based on what it looks like I think the storm drain backed up. I had about 3 inches of water throughout the whole basement.
I certainly don’t think that is the City’s fault, but I got to thinking maybe I should let someone know in case you didn’t already know about the extent of the flooding here in town.
If you could forward this email on to the appropriate person I would sure appreciate it.
