If you look at Table 1a Column 5 they will exceed the volume in the first 5 minutes of the storm and overtop.

Ok, I want to see what they submit tomorrow and compare. They may need to update their stormwater report if they made significant changes to the design.

Importance: High
Hi Jen,
Need to ask Multitech to give you a timed routing report for the storm system. They have all of the orifices set at the same size 5.62 inches. The problem with that is that all of the basins A through E are higher than the overflow at the flow control manhole. So, the basin will fill up with about 2,808 CF of water if you include the pipes and basin F and then everything above that will simply go over the overflow. They need to detain 10,438 CF of storm water and meter it out at a rate of 0.82 CFS. In order to do that, they will need to reduce the orifice sizes in basin’s A through E to slow the release of the water from those basins and allow the water to drain at 0.82 CFS without overtopping the overflow which has an elevation of 351.50.
Basin E = 352.25
Basin D = 353.00
Basin C = 353.75
Basin B = 355.00
Basin A = 356.50
