Hi Roger,
Attached is the issued construction permit for the Stone Place Apartments Ph. 3 project. Upon acceptance of the public improvements from the City, a Maintenance Guarantee bond of not less than 1-year shall be provided to the City for the amount identified in the permit and in accordance with MCC 19.04.210 (D).
D. Form of Guarantee.
1. A performance or maintenance guarantee shall be in a form approved by the City Attorney, and may include an irrevocable stand-by letter of credit issued by a recognized lending institution to the benefit of the City, a certified check, dedicated bank account or allocation of a construction loan held in reserve by the lending institution for the benefit of the City.
2. The guarantee shall be filed with the City Recorder after review and approval by the City Attorney. The City Attorney may consult with the Planning Director, Public Works Director, and any other City staff the City Attorney deems necessary and appropriate.

Here is the follow up to our preconstruction meeting. In regards to some of the questions, I have provided answers in accordance with either the City MC or PW standards. Most of the important information to pay attention to has been high-lighted. Please let me know if there are any questions in regards to any clarifications I have provided.
I will have the construction permit to you tomorrow to fill out your portion.
One thing to verify is that does the hydrant need to be chlorinated in accordance with AWWA standards, if is protected by a DC. The answer still may be yes.

Thanks for the meeting yesterday morning for the public construction work at Stone Place Phase 3.
From the meeting yesterday, our office will be working on the proposed 15 foot Public Fire Line Easement through the Phase 1 and Phase 2 developments. We should have a package for City review by the week of May 9th. We will need to reroute slightly the proposed location within Phase 1 between building #5 & #6. We shall forward this plan change later next week.
Along with that plan update, we will also remove the Double Check Assemblies at the two connection points and within the boundary of the Phase 3 Development as discussed at the Pre-Con meeting.
I & E will be in touch regarding their schedule of public work as well.

Good morning Jennifer,
I just left you a voice mail regarding the public permits at Stone Place Phase 3. Per the email chain from 2 weeks ago, we were looking for the permit fees from your office this week. We are needing to get some fire line into the site with some hydrants for Mike Penunuri of Molalla Fire District.
We are needing the permit fees ASAP at this point, because we will starting the public fire line work next week. If we need to schedule a Pre-Construction meeting with the city of Molalla for both sanitary and fire line work, we would like to hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 26th say around 10:00 AM.
Could you forward the permit fees to me on Monday afternoon??, so we could have them paid for on Tuesday of next week.
