I have attached the updated plans for the cover sheet (101) and the public fire service plans (301 & 302) as requested.
We added the “call before you dig” and more dimensioning on the public easement as requested. The Gate Valve at the Eastern Hydrant was also moved back to tee.
I will have visibility fence plan available to you tomorrow.

Hi Jeff,
I ran across a few of the public improvement comments that were not addressed in our last revision, see attached. The plans reviewed were the latest that I received on a CD dated 3-15-2016. I have identified locations and provided a few quick example addressing the changes we would like to see.
Please make the changes and electronically resend the 3 drawings above for approval.
Additionally, I will need a plan sheet showing High Visibility Fence at a 100-ft setback from the creek exhibit. This exhibit will be included in the developer agreement detailing the wetland impacts and the location of the HVF protecting the area until a DSL concurrence is received.
