My comments are becoming numerous. What is your PUE width requirement. I found a reference in MMC 18.16.130 that says it is determined by you. We need to change that to be a minimum of 8 feet or 10 feet with a caveat that says you can make it bigger when necessary. Otherwise, you will spend your time answering that question over and over again. The revised standards have 6 feet on local streets, 8 feet on collector streets, and 10 feet on arterial streets.
