There is a wetland at the creek on the Molalla inventory map (R-BC-6), which they have indicated impacts to with their storm drainage out let to the site. This needs to be addressed in their report.
Typically when you do a soil survey you provide a map of the sample locations as well. Did they sample the soils in the drainage area (BC-18) that crosses the far east corner of the property?
