I suspect they will ask to do a combined TIS study with Stafford.

Hey Karl,
I sincerely apologize for not responding earlier, so thank you for your patience.
How this works is ODOT officially determines the scope of the TIS, but they accept comments from the city regarding target areas for consideration.
The three most important areas for focus on the TIS are as follows (site map attached for reference):
- Hezzie Lane at 211, intersection with east entrance
- Leroy at 211
- Ona Way at 211
The reason we suggest Ona Way is because we have a new subdivision that will be adding a street access on the north side of 211, most likely intersecting with Ona Way.
Please contact me with any questions. Thanks,

Subject: Stone Place Apartments - Traffic Study
Mr. Lennartz:
Mark Grenz has forwarded some communication between your office and his. He has asked me to order turning movement counts for a traffic study for the Stone Place Apartments. It is early for me to interject myself into the conversation and I want to honor that. I also want to suggest 3 intersections that I believe will serve the City and ODOT. The intersections include:
Hwy 213 at Hwy 211
Hwy 211 at the main Stone Place Apts entrance (the east entrance)
Hwy 211 at Leroy Ave
We all know the intersection in the center of town is not working well and how to fix it. I believe it will not serve the City to look at it again and remind everyone of the problem. If the listed intersections are the ones you and ODOT want studied, I'll move forward with getting the counts. I thank you for your help and will defer to the ongoing conversations you are having with ODOT, Mr. Grenz and others.
