Hi Jen – the specifications/ contract document package (excluding the plans) with the addenda incorporated can be found at the link below. The link I sent yesterday was just the plans with the addenda incorporated.
Note that I did just get an email from ML Houck with the signed contract docs, bonds and insurance info. We will review for completeness and send the hard copies to you if they look good. Thanks!
