All - We need to schedule a meeting regarding National Night Out ASAP. I continue to have reservations regarding our time allowance regarding our ability to staff an event such as this based on my understanding of work load. Thursday is a tough day for me unless we do something at 11:00AM. I have my entire Friday available for a meeting.

Attached please find the application submitted by the police department for National Night Out. It seems silly to approve our own city-hosted event, but please review anyway to get an idea of everyone’s part in the event and sign off on the application to acknowledge you know what’s happening. Please feel free to bother and pester and annoy Ronda Stone with any and all questions relating to the event (or not relating to the event, even better).
