Attached please find the application submitted for the Kiddie's Parade.

All is included except for the approved ODOT permit, which they say has been submitted to ODOT. A copy will be provided to the City when they get it back.

Please review and come see me to sign off on the permit. Fire department, as always, your emailed approval is sufficient. Please contact the applicant directly with any questions.
