Kimberly – I think the best place for this meeting would be the City of Molalla Library conference room. The address is 201 E. 5th Street and their phone number is 503-829-2593. We can help set that up if you like.

Subject: Space for ODOT Public Meeting
Hello Dan:
I left you a voicemail this morning and realize I may not have included my phone number.
ODOT is gearing up to start a paving project on OR 213 between Mulino and OR 211. We would like to hold a public meeting on either April 6 or April 7 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and hope to use one of the public buildings in Molalla, either the Library, Adult Center or City Hall. At the maximum, we would expect 50 people to show up over the two hour period.
As preliminary work is already underway, we would like to announce the public meeting soon. Would you please pass my request on to someone who could help with finding a space in the next day or so.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Please feel free to call with questions.
Regards,
Kimberly
