I spoke to Andrew this morning and informed him on the situation in the field. He is aware of the transformer system ugrade needs. We will also need to make upgrades to the starter system for each 5 HP pump when PGE makes those changes. I will receive a quote from Cherry City soon.

Also, I asked Andrew to let me know if this is our responsibility to replace their transformer unit? He is also looking into if it is their cost, ours or some shared cost under the franchise agreement.

Thanks.

It is the same matter. But PGE was working with Marc Howatt on some issues with this pump station prior to my time and there are no bread crumbs.

Dan – I called Patrick White who was the Key Customer Manager at the time – if this is in regard to the issues with outages at the plant about 6 years ago during the extensive snow storm at that time. Patrick’s Molalla file was turned over to another person, who has now retired. Michael Slevcove has become the engineer for your area since then – he cannot locate the report, either. Turnover and retirements have occurred on PGE’s side here.

Andrew Schafer, your new Key Customer Manager is going to check a couple other places. He also said he worked with Garrett yesterday in regard to an issue with the waste pump at 673 S Molalla. He thought it appeared to be customer equipment. Is this the same matter?

Annette – We are having some issues with a sanitary sewer pump station and my Finance Director mentioned that there was a report provided by PGE a few years ago and we believe provided to Ellen Barnes…we think. With all of our turmoil over the last few years (well, we all know it stopped with me) we cannot locate that report. Do you think you could help us find that information?
