Attached is our preliminary ROW drawing for Molalla North and South.

I put the proposed ROW lines we recommended to the City of Molalla on a separate layer and our survey notes are pretty explanatory in regards to why we are coming up with what we have.

I recommend we get together with MSA and the City of Molalla to have a meeting of the minds when Terry gets back from Italy. Having Molalla’s attorney present wouldn’t hurt either-

Interesting….I guess from our standpoint from CAD we would need the layer of the existing, then one obvious layer showing the new proposed CL and R/W that we can drop into the drawing. Chris and I were comparing the existing crowns with CL today but didn’t want to dig too much into it without the R/W to compare.

Ken/Jennifer- attached is an exhibit with survey notes to help explain how Terry and I have come up with the resolution. Recommended alternatives are noted for the west side of the road.
