It’s been a challenge because the people who set up our DUNS and SAM accounts years ago are long gone and so we’re updating all that information so we can move forward. I sat in a meeting with Kim Swan, Clackamas River Water Providers, to listen about their upcoming activities since they have this program up and running. They have been most gracious and are also willing to help with our project. They are willing to share all their outreach materials and have them edited to include our logos. Do you want the City of Molalla’s logo on the outreach materials? Also, I am planning our public information meetings for either September or October. That should give us time to pull everything together. Would you like to host a meeting in Molalla to encourage participation from your area? Thanks, Barb Canby Utility
