How about the signs to post on Molalla River when we need to discharge outside the approved DEQ window. That would not be raw sewage, but rather treated effluent. Something that may cover exceeded BOD limits as well, in case “someone” decides to go swimming in the Molalla in November.

Signs like the one in the attached picture would be good to have on hand in case of a release incident. I might phrase it “Sewage Release” instead of just saying ‘Sewage”. You should also put a contact number of there for people to call if they have questions or would like additional information.
