Per our discussion this morning

The City of Molalla Public Works Department performs ADA inspections for sidewalks. To schedule an ADA inspection, send an email providing your name, address of project, and contact information.

For all other building inspections, please contact the Clackamas County http://www.clackamas.us/building/

For Molalla’s ADA standards for sidewalks, please request from Public Works, jcline@cityofmolalla.com

Once permit approval is received, please email or contact 503.829.6855 for inspections.

Regarding where it should go – I would put it under the Planning and Permitting Services tab, which I would just change to “Permitting Services” and have in both the Public Works and Planning menus. At present time the “Permitting Services” tab needs some TLC.
