Please verify you will be constructing the option M that is consistent with current development design, see attached.

Good Morning Jennifer,

Attached is the concrete permit.

Based on our phone call we have met the city standards, ADA and ODOT and will be pouring Today. The layout is keeping the neighborhood consistent while ensuring compliance with code.

Thanks,

Philip Small

Subject: Sidewalk Permit

Hi Phillip,

After finishing our call I noticed I do not have a permit on file for either Garden Ct. addresses that were inspected today. I have attached a copy of the permit for you to complete. Typically when the permitted is submitted a drawing of the work to be performed and the type of approach is discussed. We typically want to see continuity through the neighborhood.

In the case of Ruth’s Garden, the chosen design matches Option M, Partially Lowered Sidewalk. See attached detail. However, if you can meet the Max 12% Apron Grade without lowering the sidewalk, that is acceptable. Which I believe is currently constructed. The wings are 3’-6” nominally.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
