Hi Craig,
We were able to inspect both homes with the exception to the driveway cross slope. This was due to the lace of curb and gutter. Please let us know when the properties will be ready for final inspection.
Also we noticed that some of the adjoining gutter drains have reverse slope through the sidewalk. This may be a drainage issue in the future for the homeowners is debris flows into the drains and create a clog.
