Hi Heather,

It was my understanding Peggy was drafting the employment letter for Shawn as we discussed previously, employment beginning Oct. 1^st.

We will not be rehiring summer help at the WWTP before June 2016, so I see no issue with ending their last day on Sept. 30^th.

Are we moving forward with the hiring of Shawn as a Laboror I?

Also, we need the final day for Nicole and James at the WWTP to be Friday the 25^th of September. That is the last day of payroll for this 1^st quarter 15/16. Any work the week of 9/28 to 10/2 will be on the next quarter numbers. Both employees reach 6 months during week 2 or week 3 in October. If these are employees you wish to have again for summer help they would be eligible for re-hire April 1^st, 2016.
