I am working on the summary report for Dan and have had no luck getting thru by phone. I have a question.
In 2006, the City set the base rate at $24.69 per EDU. The website list the rate at $22.69. I did a search but cannot find when the rate was reduced by $2. Was it reduced and when did that happen?
