The 12 inch line on 211 does run into the MH on the north side of 211. Also, I was slightly mistaken on how the bypass lines run. The Bear Creek Bypass splits off from the Toliver Bypass at a manhole just before the Toliver Bypass meets back up with the main Toliver Line. See attached.
