On November 19, 2015 at about 2:30pm we were cleaning sewer lines on East 3^rd with the rodder on the vac truck. We ran the rodder from manhole at intersection of Stowers and E 3^rd east to manhole about halfway up the block. At the time the rodder was being pulled back the residents of 816 E 3^rd came outside and stated that we made the toilet overflow and that “shit and water was everywhere”. She then asked to have a manager come to her residence and clean the mess. I (Rich Landreth) then apologized to the lady and said I would call city hall for her and see what could be done to clean the mess. I apologized again and she went back inside. We then finished pulling back the rodder and I called Jennifer Cline and left a voicemail. We then went to city hall and informed management of the situation.
