Thanks. But just to clarify, the excerpt from the BMP about using a City truck is not correct, right?

We will need to coordinate the Biosolids removal with Heard and the land owner.
We also will need to consider the 15-day leak test that has to be started
prior to August 15th I believe (should confirm). It would be best to begin
the leak test in the first week of August and run Biosolids after. During the leak test nothing should leave the lagoons to eliminate variability.
This is also going to upset Coleman if we halt watering his fields.
We can continue to irrigate, but it will just through another variable into the mix.

Jennifer-
As I was looking back at the approved biosolids plan, I came across the language below. My understanding is that last year (and the plan for this
year) is to have Heard Farms do this. This is not a big deal, but we should probably make sure DEQ knows the plan and if this is how it will be handled going forward we may consider fixing the BMP so it is accurate.
Also, do you have a date blocked off for this work for this year yet? I know we need to get the DEQ site approvals in place which Bill thinks can happen in early August. I just want to make sure I know the date the work is supposed to occur.
TRANSPORTATION
The City of Molalla owns the tanker track used to transport biosolids from the wastewater treatment facility to authorized land application sites. The city of Molalla employees operate the tanker track. The City of Molalla is able to handle the volume of biosolids produced through these transportation practices.
